Flow unfolds as a through-composed fantasy where sound never comes to rest. Ever in motion, the music evolves as an unbroken current—breathing, dissolving, and reforming in continuous transformation.

The piece traverses landscapes of dances and fragmented dialogues, where gestures intertwine and diverge. The dizi and pipa exchange phrases that hover between concord and friction, while the piano and strings ripple around them like shifting currents—propelling or distorting their motion.

Beyond its sonic flow, Resonant Drift reflects on the fragile act of communication itself. Between understanding and misunderstanding, alignment and fracture, the music drifts in a liminal space where meaning remains fluid, and only sound continues to wander.
